This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the staff were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to assist me with any requests I had. Secondly, the hotel's central location made it very convenient for exploring the surrounding area. Lastly, the rooms were clean, comfortable, and had all the basic amenities I needed for a pleasant stay.

No major issues, everything was satisfactory.

The rooms have been renovated, and nicely designed. Staff were friendly and helpful. As we had family in the town, the location was perfect. It is also only 45 minutes from Helsinki Airport. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a lot of choice for everyone, with good, organic ingredients. Free parking and free wifi was appreciated.

When people were checking out early on Sunday morning, the banging of doors were quite loud. The bathrooms could do with a bit of an update.

I was a but disappointed: normally Scandic are very good hotel, while this is not very comparable to other ones.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The hotel is located right in the heart of this quiet city, making it the perfect spot for a peaceful retreat. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. I was delighted to find out that the hotel even offered free parking, which is a huge plus if you're traveling by car. Additionally, the hotel was in close proximity to the train station, making transportation a breeze. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfast provided each morning was fantastic, with a variety of high-quality food to choose from.

This hotel isn't 4 stars, this is like good 3 stars hotel.

Breakfast buffet was quite ok.

Rooms in extremely poor condition, must be at the end of the maintenance cycle. No air conditioning, extremely hot during a hot sommer day. And as being located in Finland, the curtains were not able to block the sunlight coming in during the whole night. No chance to sleep.

This hotel is very conveniently located in the center of a small town, making it easy to explore on foot. It's just a short walk from the railway station and there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. the room is clean and the bed is comfortable. the bathroom is adequate and has all the necessary amenities. the reception staff are friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is decent.

The decor of the hotel is a bit outdated and could use some modernization.

I liked everything:rooms,restaurant,place,hotel staff, parking space for bus, dogs friendly,super breakfast. I would recommend it to everybody travelling across Finland or just passing by.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the heart of a peaceful town. The location was perfect, with a small car park at the back which was quite adequate. The rooms were plain and simple, but very clean and comfortable enough for a short stay. The staff were amazing, especially Anna at reception who was always happy and a pleasure to talk to. The breakfast had a good range of food available. It was great value for money, especially considering the attention to detail in keeping the rooms in quite good condition.

I got to stay at a deluxe room for the price of a standard room which was a nice surprise. The room was in good condition and it was really spacious.

No air conditioning. No bacon at otherwise decent breakfast.

Great location in the city center with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. The breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options. The staff was friendly and provided helpful recommendations on things to do in the area.

The hotel itself had a run-down feeling to it, with old furniture and outdated decor. Our room was quite small and cramped, making it difficult to move around comfortably. The cleanliness of the room left something to be desired, with visible dust and stains on the carpet. while the location and breakfast were great, the hotel itself could use some major updates and improvements in terms of cleanliness and comfort.

Special mention for the playroom! There was a large room with toys and childrens books where our kids could play. When I booked the hotel it was not clear to me that this was a child-friendly hotel. We also enjoyed the swimming pool of Riihimaki, old fashioned but a very nice environment.

Riihimaki is not a very nice town but from there you can easily visit the railwaymuseum in Hyvaskyla and there is also a castle in the town up north.

Very good in general. Good attention in the restaurant.
